1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Tufishop.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. By using the Website, the user accepts the terms of these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any provisions, they must stop using the Website.
1.3. The entity providing online payment services on the Website is Autopay S.A. and others.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. To make purchases or use certain Website features, the user must register an account.
3.2. The user must provide true and complete information during registration.
3.3. The user is responsible for the security of their password and all activities performed on their account.
3.4. The Website Administrator has the right to block or delete a user’s account in case of a violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases on the Website

4.1. Users can order products offered on the Website under the conditions specified for each product.
4.2. Order confirmation constitutes a sales contract between the user and Tufishop.
4.3. Placing an order requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4.4. During promotional campaigns, gifts included with orders may be added to receipts and invoices with the label “gift” at the price of 0.01 .

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. Product prices on the Website are gross prices and include VAT.
5.2. The user must make a payment using one of the available methods:

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro.
5.3. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order may be canceled.

6. Returns and Complaints

6.1. A consumer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.

6.3. If a refund is required for a transaction made by a user with a payment card, the seller will return the funds to the bank account linked to the buyer's card.

7. Order Fulfillment Time

7.1. The order fulfillment time starts from the moment the payment authorization is successfully completed.
7.2. If the user selects bank transfer or payment card, the order processing starts from the day the seller’s bank account is credited.

8. Delivery

8.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the user in the order form.
8.2. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and product availability.

9. Liability

9.1. Tufishop is not responsible for the improper functioning of the Website caused by technical problems beyond its control.
9.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and ordering.

10.2.
